KSSG1.5-50J32 is a ground spur gear with module 1.5, 32 teeth, and a 10 mm wide by 3.3 mm deep keyway. It has a bore hub diameter of 60 mm, pitch diameter of 48 mm, outside diameter of 78 mm, face width of 15 mm, hub width of 14 mm, and total length of 29 mm. The gear is made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998), and has a 20° pressure angle. Backlash is 0.10-0.18 mm. The product cannot undergo secondary operations on tooth areas due to induction hardening.
