KSSG1.5-50J18 is a ground spur gear with a module of 1.5, 18 teeth, a 6 mm wide by 2.8 mm deep keyway, and a 50 mm pitch diameter. It has a 18 mm finished bore, 75 mm outside diameter, 15 mm face width, and 29 mm total length. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Backlash is rated at 0.10-0.18 mm, and it uses an M5 set screw with an allowable torque of 0.76 N·m. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to hardening.
