KSSG1.5-48J20 is a ground spur gear with module 1.5, 20 teeth, and a keyway of 6 mm width by 2.8 mm depth. It has a bore hub diameter of 50 mm, pitch diameter of 30 mm, outside diameter of 75 mm, face width of 15 mm, hub width of 14 mm, and total length of 29 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50〜60 HRC, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Backlash is specified as 0.10〜0.18 mm. Set screw torque rating is 0.62 N·m (0.62 kgf·m). Secondary operations are prohibited on tooth areas due to induction hardening. Keyway follows JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance.
