KSSG1.5-48J19 is a ground spur gear with module 1.5, 19 teeth, and a finished bore diameter of 19 mm. It has a pitch diameter of 28.5 mm, outside diameter of 31.5 mm, face width of 15 mm, and hub width of 14 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The keyway is 6 mm wide by 2.8 mm deep, conforming to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. Backlash is 0.10-0.18 mm under normal meshing conditions. The gear is eligible for a set screw with 7 N·m allowable torque. Secondary operations on the tooth area are not permitted due to induction hardening.
