KSSG1.5-38J20 is a module 1.5, 20-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50~60 HRC), featuring a 6mm wide by 2.8mm deep keyway conforming to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. It has a bore diameter of 20mm, outside diameter of 60mm, face width of 15mm, and total length of 29mm. The gear meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) and has a theoretical backlash of 0.10~0.18mm. Allowable torque is 0.37 N·m (0.038 kgf·m). No secondary operations are permitted on the tooth area due to induction hardening.
