Module 1.5 ground spur gear with 36 teeth, plain bore, and a face width of 15 mm, made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC. The gear meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) and has a standard full-depth profile with a 20° pressure angle. The allowable torque is 0.40 N·m (0.040 kgf·m). A keyway is not provided for this variant. Backlash is specified as 0.10-0.18 mm. No set screw is included. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to induction hardening. The product is available with set screw and keyway options in J Series variants, but not in this S1 variant.
