The KSSG1.5-26 is a 26-tooth ground steel spur gear designed for precision applications. It features a plain bore and is manufactured from S45C material, which is induction hardened to achieve a tooth hardness of 50 to 60 HRC. The gear has a standard full depth tooth profile and a pressure angle of 20 degrees, ensuring compatibility with other gears in similar applications. The surface of the gear is treated with a black oxide coating, except for the teeth, which enhances corrosion resistance. This gear is suitable for applications requiring high durability and precision, but secondary operations on the tooth areas are not recommended due to the induction hardening process. The product adheres to JIS grade N7 standards, ensuring a high level of manufacturing quality.
