KSSCPG5-25 is a circular pitch 5, 25-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces ranging from 50 to 60 HRC. It has a standard full-depth profile with a 20° pressure angle and conforms to JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1: 1998) and JIS grade 3 (JIS B1702: 1976). The gear has a bore diameter of 10 mm, a hub diameter of 32 mm, a pitch diameter of 39.79 mm, an outside diameter of 42.97 mm, a face width of 15 mm, a hub width of 15 mm, and a total length of 30 mm. Its allowable torque is 33.5 N·m for bending strength and 23.0 N·m for surface durability, with a theoretical backlash of 0.04 to 0.18 mm and a weight of 0.22 kg.
