Made of S45C with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50~60 HRC. Precision grade JIS N7 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS 3 (JIS B1702:1976). Allowable torque is 169 N·m (bending) and 17.3 kgf·m (surface durability). Backlash is 0.05~0.20 mm. Weight is 0.99 kg. No secondary operations permitted on tooth areas due to induction hardening.
