Made from S45C steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, the gear has a pitch diameter of 63.66 mm, an outside diameter of 66.85 mm, a face width of 200 mm, and a total length of 45 mm. It is precision graded to JIS B1702-1:1998 Grade N8 and JIS B1702:1976 Grade 4, with a specified backlash range of 0.09~0.26 mm. The gear has an allowable torque of 60.4 N·m for bending strength and 18.7 N·m for surface durability, with a weight of 0.54 kg.
