The KSSAG1.5-32 is a ground spur gear with a module of 1.5, 32 teeth, and a bore diameter tolerance of H7. It is made of S45C carbon steel with induction-hardened gear teeth achieving a hardness of 50 to 60 HRC and is black oxide coated except on the teeth. The gear has a pitch diameter of 48 mm, an outside diameter of 51 mm, a face width of 15 mm, and a weight of 0.19 kg. It is rated for a bending strength of 18.6 N·m and a surface durability of 9.19 N·m, with a backlash range of 0.08 to 0.16 mm. The gear complies with JIS grade N7 precision per JIS B1702-1:1998 and uses standard full-depth teeth with a 20° pressure angle. Secondary operations are restricted on the tooth area due to induction hardening.
