KSSA3-25 is a steel hubless spur gear with a module of 3, 25 teeth, and a standard full-depth profile with a 20° pressure angle. It is made of S45C steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, conforming to JIS grade N8 (JIS B1702-1:1998). The gear has a bore size of 15 mm, an outside diameter of 81 mm, and a tooth width of 30 mm. Its allowable torque is 1.66 N·m, with a theoretical backlash range of 0.18~0.38 mm and a weight of 1.00 kg. No secondary operations that reduce tooth width are recommended due to risks to precision and strength.
