KSS3-29J32 is a module 3, 32-tooth steel spur gear made from S45C material with a 32 mm finished bore, JIS grade N8 precision, 20° pressure angle, and 65 mm outside diameter. It has an 8 mm keyway conforming to JIS B1301 Js 9 tolerance, 10 x 3.3 mm mounting holes, 7.5 mm face width, and a theoretical backlash of 0.18~0.38 mm. The gear is designed for use with a set screw and is available as an ordered item with a 5-day lead time. Secondary operations that reduce tooth width are discouraged to preserve precision and strength.
