KSS3-23J30 is a module 3, 30-tooth steel spur gear made of S45C material with a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth, conforming to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). It features a 30 mm finished bore with a keyway machined to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance, and includes a set screw for tapped hole compatibility. The gear has a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, a backlash range of 0.18~0.38 mm, and an allowable torque of 0.91 N·m. The body width is 7.5 mm, with a 10 x 3.3 mm keyway and M8 tapping. Secondary operations that reduce tooth width are discouraged to maintain precision and strength.
