KSS3-22J15 is a module 3, 22-tooth steel spur gear with a 15 mm finished bore, made of S45C material, featuring a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. It has a JIS grade N8 precision rating per JIS B1702-1:1998 and includes a keyway machined to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. The gear has a through hole for an M4 set screw and a 7.5 mm face width. Backlash is 0.18~0.38 mm, and it is rated for 1.00 N·m maximum input torque under specified conditions. The product is available on request with a lead time and limited to quantities of 1-20 units per order.
