The KSS3-20J20 is a Module 3, 20-tooth steel spur gear with a 20mm bore, featuring a 20° pressure angle and JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). It is made from S45C steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194HB, a keyway conforming to JIS B1301 (Js9 tolerance), and a 6mm x 2.8mm keyway slot with an M5 set screw. The gear has a face width of 7.5mm, an allowable torque of 0.96 N·m, and a theoretical backlash of 0.18 to 0.38 mm. The product is available as a special-order variant with a lead time of up to five working days. No black oxide coating is applied to modified areas.
