KSS3-19J16 is a Module 3 steel spur gear with 19 teeth, a 16 mm finished bore, and an M5 set screw for shaft mounting. It is made of S45C steel, has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and conforms to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The gear has a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, a backlash value of 0.68 mm, and an allowable torque of 0.68 N·m under assumed usage conditions. Keyways are made to JIS B1301, Js9 tolerance. A set screw is included with this variant. The product is intended for light-load applications; secure fastening requires dowel pins in combination.
