KSS3-15J15 is a module 3, 15-tooth steel spur gear made of S45C material, with a 15 mm finished bore, M4 set screw, and 5 mm x 2.3 mm keyway. It has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998), and a maximum allowable torque of 0.43 N·m. The gear has a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB and a theoretical backlash of 0.14 to 0.32 mm. The set screw is included, and the product is designed for light load applications. Use of dowel pins is recommended for secure shaft fastening.
