Steel spur gear with module 2.5, 30 teeth, 37 mm pitch diameter, 12 mm tooth width, 30 mm bore, and a keyway of 8 mm width by 3.3 mm depth, machined to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. The gear is made from S45C steel with no heat treatment, has a pressure angle of 20°, and conforms to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998). It has an allowable torque of 1.53 N·m and a theoretical backlash range of 0.16~0.34 mm. A set screw is included for axial retention.
