KSS2-44J25 is a Module 2, 44-tooth steel spur gear with a 25 mm finished bore and a keyway conforming to JIS B1301, Js 9 tolerance. The gear is made of S45C steel, has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and adheres to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). It includes a set screw and has a backlash of 0.18~0.36 mm, a weight of 1.55 kg, and an allowable torque of 1.02 N·m. The tooth width is 20 mm, and the hub diameter is 88 mm. Secondary operations that narrow the tooth width are cautioned against as they affect precision and strength. The J-series variants require a lead time of up to 5 working days and are available in quantities of 1 to 20 units per order.
