KSS2-29J15 is a module 2, 15-tooth steel spur gear with a 15 mm bore, keyway size 5 x 2.3 mm, M4 set screw, and JIS grade N8 precision. It is made of S45C steel, has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and a maximum hardness of 194HB. The gear has an allowable torque of 0.50 N·m, a backlash of 0.14 to 0.30 mm, and weighs 0.46 kg. The keyway conforms to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance, and the product is not black oxide coated in reworked areas. Set screw is included.
