KSS2-24J14 is a steel spur gear with a module of 2, 14 teeth, and a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth, made from S45C material with a JIS grade 4 precision rating (JIS B1702: 1976) and a 20° pressure angle. The bore is 12 mm, and the gear has a pitch diameter of 28 mm, outside diameter of 38 mm, and axial width of 20 mm. It includes a set screw with an allowable torque of 0.31 N·m and theoretical backlash of 0.14-0.30 mm. Keyway dimensions comply with JIS B1301, Js 9 tolerance.
