Steel spur gear with module 2, 24 teeth, and a 12 mm bore with a 4 mm × 1.8 mm keyway, made from S45C steel with JIS grade N8 precision. The gear has a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. A set screw is included, and the keyway conforms to JIS B1301 Js 9 tolerance. Backlash ranges from 0.14 to 0.30 mm under normal meshing conditions.
