KSBS2.5-1560L is a spiral bevel gear with a module of 2.5, 15 teeth, and left-hand direction, designed for intersecting shaft applications. It features a bore diameter of 37.5 mm, a pitch diameter of 37.5 mm, an outside diameter of 94 mm, and a face width of 20.58 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened teeth reaching 50-60 HRC hardness. It complies with JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision standards and has a helix angle of 35°. Allowable torque is 2.31 N·m (1.49 kgf·m), with backlash of 0.20 mm. Due to heat treatment, bore deformation may occur, requiring reaming to achieve stated dimensions, and secondary operations on the tooth surface are not permitted. The gear produces axial thrust forces and has a total length of 37.5 mm with a hub width of 18.06 mm.
