KPU2-50 is a plastic spur gear with MC901 nylon teeth and a SUS303 stainless steel core, module 2, 50 teeth, and a 60 mm bore diameter. It has a 100 mm pitch diameter, 104 mm outside diameter, 20 mm face width, and 34 mm total length. The gear meets JIS grade N9 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) with a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. Allowable torque is 15.7 N·m, backlash is 0~0.44 mm, and weight is 0.88 kg. Dimensional stability is enhanced by full-fusion bonding of nylon to the metal hub, with specified thermal compensation factors for operation up to 140°C.
