KPU2-35 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 2, 35 teeth, and a stainless steel core fused to MC901 nylon, designed for high-temperature and high-strength applications. It has a JIS grade N9 precision rating, a 20° pressure angle, and a standard full-depth tooth profile. The gear has a 35 mm bore, 50 mm pitch diameter, 54 mm outside diameter, 20 mm face width, and 45 mm total length. The metal core is made of SUS303 with no heat treatment, and the gear is produced with a diamond-knurled surface for mechanical bonding. Backlash is 0.44 mm, and weight is 0.41 kg. Dimensional stability is maintained under temperature variations due to full-surface nylon-to-metal fusion. Allowable torque is 10.0 N·m, and the product complies with JIS B1702-1:1998.
