KPU1-60 is a plastic spur gear with a stainless steel core, module 1, 60 teeth, and a 40 mm bore diameter. It has a pitch diameter of 60 mm, outside diameter of 62 mm, face width of 10 mm, and total length of 45 mm. The gear uses MC901 nylon molded onto a SUS303 core, with JIS grade N9 precision and a 20° pressure angle. Allowable torque is 3.34 N·m, and backlash is 0~0.36 mm. The design achieves dimensional stability through full-surface nylon fusion to the core, with no solder, bolts, or shrink fits. Operating temperature range extends to at least 140°C, and the gear is compatible with steel mating gears to avoid heat buildup without lubrication.
