KPU1.5-60 is a plastic spur gear with a 1.5 module, 60 teeth, and a stainless steel SUS303 core molded with MC901 nylon. It has a nominal bore diameter of 40 mm, an outside diameter of 93 mm, a face width of 15 mm, and a total length of 55 mm. The gear adheres to JIS grade N9 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998), features a 20° pressure angle, and has a theoretical backlash of 0~0.40 mm. The allowable torque is 6.60 N·m (0.67 kgf·m). The MC901 nylon is fused to the metal core through a diamond knurling and grooving process, providing enhanced dimensional stability and thermal resistance up to 140°C.
