Plastic spur gear with module 3, 35 teeth, and a 10 mm bore by 3.3 mm keyway, made from MC901 nylon with JIS grade N9 precision. The gear has a pitch diameter of 105 mm, outside diameter of 111 mm, and face width of 30 mm. The allowable torque is 0.54 N·m (5.5 kgf·mm) under standard conditions, and the keyway complies with JIS B1301 standard. The gear is designed for use with steel mating gears to avoid heat buildup and dimensional instability, and an optional stainless steel hub is available for improved shaft retention.
