KPSA3-48J20 is a plastic spur gear made of MC901 nylon with a module of 3, 20 teeth, and a 20 mm bore diameter. It features a 6 x 2.8 mm keyway machined to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance, a 20° pressure angle, and a pitch diameter of 60 mm. The outside diameter is 66 mm, and the face width is 30 mm. The gear meets JIS grade N9 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998), has an allowable torque of 0.61 N·m, and a maximum allowable radial load of 5.12 kgf. Dimensional stability is affected by temperature and humidity, and it is recommended for use with steel mating gears.
