KPSA3-35J40 is a module 3, 40-tooth plastic spur gear made of MC901 nylon, with a 40mm bore, 105mm pitch diameter, 111mm outside diameter, 30mm face width, and an 12 x 3.3 mm keyway conforming to JIS B1301. It has a JIS grade N9 precision rating and an allowable torque of 0.27 kgf·m. The gear is designed for use with steel hubs for secure shaft mounting, especially under high temperature, large diameter, or reversing load conditions.
