Plastic spur gear with module 2, 32 teeth, and a 10 mm x 3.3 mm keyway, made of MC901 nylon with JIS grade N9 precision. The gear has a pitch diameter of 64 mm, outside diameter of 68 mm, face width of 20 mm, and an allowable torque of 0.25 N·m. Backlash is specified as 0 to 0.46 mm. The bore is finished to H8 tolerance, and the keyway conforms to JIS B1301 standard, Js 9 tolerance. The gear is designed for use with steel shafts and may be secured using a steel hub when subjected to high temperature, high torque, or reverse impact loads.
