KPSA2-60J19 is a module 2, 19-tooth plastic spur gear made of MC901 nylon, with a finished bore diameter of 19 mm and a keyway of 6 mm width by 2.8 mm depth. It has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and a backlash of 0~0.46 mm. The allowable torque is 0.31 N·m (0.031 kgf·m). The gear is designed for use with steel mating gears and requires a steel hub for secure shaft attachment under elevated temperature, large diameter, or reversing load conditions.
