Plastic spur gear with module 2, 12 teeth, 12 mm bore, 55 mm pitch diameter, 110 mm outside diameter, 20 mm face width, and a 4 mm × 1.8 mm keyway, machined from MC901 nylon to JIS grade N9 precision with a 20° pressure angle. The allowable torque is 0.26 N·m (0.026 kgf·m) with theoretical backlash of 0 to 0.46 mm. The gear includes a steel hub for secure shaft attachment under high temperature, high load, or impact conditions. Keyway conforms to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance.
