KPSA2.5-55J19 is a plastic spur gear with module 2.5, 19 teeth, a 5 mm wide by 2.3 mm deep keyway, and a 19 mm bore. It is made of MC901 nylon with a tooth hardness of 115~120 HRR, conforms to JIS B1702-1:1998 grade N9 precision, and has a 20° pressure angle. The allowable torque is 0.43 N·m (0.043 kgf·m), with a backlash range of 0~0.48 mm and a weight of 0.42 kg. The gear is designed for use with steel hubs for secure shaft mounting under light loads, high temperatures, or reverse impact conditions.
