KPSA2.5-50J18 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 2.5, 50 teeth, and an 18 mm bore, made of MC901 nylon, with a 20° pressure angle and JIS grade N9 precision. It has a 6 mm × 2.8 mm keyway per JIS B1301, a pitch diameter of 125 mm, an outside diameter of 130 mm, a face width of 25 mm, and an allowable torque of 0.35 N·m. Backlash is specified as 0~0.48 mm. The gear is designed for use with steel hubs for secure shaft attachment under high temperature, high load, or reversing load conditions.
