KPSA2.5-40J15 is a plastic spur gear in the KPSA series with a module of 2.5, 15 teeth, a 5 mm wide by 2.3 mm deep keyway, and a 15 mm bore. It is made of MC901 nylon, has a 20° pressure angle, and meets JIS grade N9 precision standards. The gear has a pitch diameter of 37.5 mm, an outside diameter of 42.5 mm, a face width of 25 mm, and an allowable torque of 0.23 N·m. Backlash is specified as 0~0.46 mm. The gear is designed for use with steel hubs for secure shaft attachment and may experience dimensional changes under variable temperature or humidity conditions.
