The gear has a pitch diameter of 80 mm, outside diameter of 85 mm, face width of 25 mm, and a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth. Allowable torque is 0.15 N·m, and backlash is 0 to 0.46 mm. Designed for light loads and compatible with steel hubs for secure mounting under high-temperature, high-diameter, or impact conditions.
