The gear has a standard full-depth tooth form, a face width of 20 mm, and a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth compliant with JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. Allowable torque and backlash values are calculated per assumed usage conditions. Backlash is specified as 0.093 mm. An external hub is recommended for secure shaft attachment under high temperature, large diameter, or reversing load conditions.
