KPS3-28J14 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS series with a module of 3, 14 teeth, a 5 mm keyway, and an M4 set screw. It is made of MC901 nylon with a tooth hardness of 115~120 HRR, and conforms to JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1:1998) precision. The gear has a pitch diameter of 42 mm, outside diameter of 48 mm, face width of 30 mm, hub width of 15 mm, and total length of 45 mm. A maximum allowable torque of 0.25 N·m is specified. The bore size and keyway follow JIS B1301 standards with Js9 tolerance.
