KPS3-25J14 is a plastic spur gear with module 3, 25 teeth, and a 14 mm bore, made of MC901 nylon with a standard full depth tooth form and 20° pressure angle. It features a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth, an M4 set screw, and a face width of 7.5 mm. The gear meets JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) precision tolerance per JIS B1702-1:1998 and has an allowable torque of 0.19 N·m. The backlash is within 0~0.54 mm. The gear is designed for use with steel gears to avoid heat buildup from dry operation.
