The KPS2.5-24J12 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 2.5, 24 teeth, and a 12 mm bore, made of MC901 material. It has a pitch diameter of 60 mm, outside diameter of 65 mm, face width of 25 mm, and hub width of 12 mm. The gear features a keyway conforming to JIS B1301 standard with a width of 5 mm and depth of 2.3 mm, and uses an M4 set screw. The allowable torque is 12.1 N·m (1.23 kgf·m), and the backlash is 0~0.46 mm. The precision grade complies with JIS B1702-1:1998 (N9) and JIS B1702:1976 (grade 5).
