Made of MC901 nylon with a tooth hardness of 115~120 HRR, precision grade JIS N9 equivalent to S1, and a 20° pressure angle. Includes a counterbored tapped hole for screw fastening with allowable torque up to 0.29 N⋅m. The gear is designed for use with steel gears to prevent heat buildup under unlubricated conditions.
