KPS1.5-80J16 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 1.5, 16 teeth, and a finished bore diameter of 5 mm, featuring a keyway and a tapped M4* hole. It is made of MC901 nylon with a tooth hardness of 115~120 HRR, has a 20° pressure angle, and conforms to JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) per JIS B1702-1:1998. The gear has an outside diameter of 123 mm, a face width of 15 mm, and a hub width of 10 mm. The allowable torque rating is 0.22 N•m. It is intended for use with steel gears to prevent heat buildup from dry operation.
