KPS1.5-60J25 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS Module 1.5 series, with 25 teeth, a 25 mm outer diameter, a 22.5 mm pitch diameter, a 15 mm face width, an M6 keyway (8 x 3.3 mm), and a 5 mm hub width. It is made of MC901 nylon with a tooth hardness of 115-120 HRR, and meets JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1). The allowable torque is 0.12 N·m, with backlash ranging from 0 to 0.40 mm. The gear includes a set screw and is designed for use with steel gears to minimize heat buildup.
