KPS1.5-60J14 is a plastic spur gear in the KPS1.5 module series with 14 teeth, made of MC901 nylon, featuring a 5 x 2.3 mm keyway, an M4* tapped hole, a 45 mm bore diameter, a 90 mm pitch diameter, a 93 mm outside diameter, a 15 mm face width, and a 25 mm total length. It has an allowable torque of 8.14 N·m (0.83 kgf·m), a backlash range of 0 to 0.40 mm, and a weight of 0.13 kg. The gear meets JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) precision per JIS B1702-1:1998, has a 20° pressure angle, and standard full-depth teeth. Set screws are included for tapped holes, with torque limits of 0.12 N·m for M4 fasteners. Plastic gears in this series are sensitive to temperature and humidity, and dimensional changes may occur during or after secondary operations.
