The KPS1.5 series consists of plastic spur gears with a module of 1.5, 20° pressure angle, and MC901 nylon material. The gear has a standard full-depth tooth profile and meets JIS grade N9 precision (equivalent to S1). The 40-tooth variant has an outside diameter of 63 mm, face width of 15 mm, and a hub width of 10 mm. Keyways conform to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. Allowable torque is 0.51 N·m. Backlash values are theoretical and based on identical gear pairs. Use without lubrication is not recommended; mating with steel gears is advised. Dimensional stability may be affected by temperature and humidity.
