KPS1.5-36J8 is a plastic spur gear with a module of 1.5, 36 teeth, and an 8 mm bore, made of MC901 nylon. It has a pressure angle of 20°, standard full-depth teeth, and a tooth hardness of 115-120 HRR. The gear conforms to JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1: 1998) precision standards. Dimensions include an outside diameter of 57 mm, face width of 15 mm, hub width of 10 mm, and total length of 25 mm. Keyway follows JIS B1301 standard with Js9 tolerance. Allowable torque is 0.45 N·m, and maximum backlash is 0.40 mm. The gear is rated for use with steel gears to avoid heat generation. Tapped holes are not present; set screws are not included.
