KPS1.5-35J22 is a plastic spur gear from the KPS1.5 series, with a module of 1.5, 35 teeth, and a 22mm finished bore. The gear is made of MC901 nylon material with a pressure angle of 20° and standard full-depth teeth, conforming to JIS grade N9 (equivalent to S1) per JIS B1702-1:1998. It features a hub with a keyway compliant with JIS B1301 (Js9 tolerance), and includes a set screw. The gear has a pitch diameter of 52.5mm, outside diameter of 55.5mm, face width of 15mm, hub width of 10mm, and total length of 25mm. Allowable torque is 0.43N·m. Plastic gears in this series are susceptible to dimensional changes due to temperature and humidity, and are recommended for use with steel gears to prevent heat buildup without lubrication.
