The KPS1.5 series consists of plastic spur gears made from MC901 nylon with a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and JIS grade N9 precision (equivalent to S1). The 35-tooth variant, KPS1.5-35J20, features a 20mm finished bore with keyway conforming to JIS B1301, Js9 tolerance, and a face width of 15mm. The gear has an outside diameter of 54mm and a total length of 25mm. Backlash values are theoretical for matched pairs. The allowable torque is 0.45N·m, and the gear weighs approximately 0.052kg. Cautions apply for secondary operations, thermal/humidity dimensional changes, and screw torque limits for plastic tapped holes. The part is available on request with a lead time of up to five working days, and orders are limited to 1-20 units per shipment.
